Residential real estate development group, NEMA, needed to bring its story to life on film, out-of-home and across their digital channels. Showcasing their luxury lifestyle, community focus, impeccable design and architecture credentials, we built an original creative concept, video treatment, and content plan that illuminated the brand’s elevated offering.
With shoots in multiple buildings across Chicago, San Francisco and Boston, and splinter crews capturing the individual atmosphere of each city. Bringing the brand’s “live local” mantra to life, artful depictions of residential spaces, birds-eye drone footage of the buildings, and lifestyle shoots of the amenities sat alongside an interview with NEMA Chicago architect, Rafael Viñoly. Featured on NEMA’s social channels and website, the videos were a breakout success, delivering high results in community growth, user engagement, and residential sales.
